Hmm, this sounds a bit unflexible. But I may be too accustomed to the
workflow with Mandriva translation.
We'll see comments by other translators.

1. See that the translators are subscribed to this mailing list, most
of the informations are communicated through the i18n list.

2. Open a wiki page for the Italian translators in the Mageia wiki
(see examples of other language teams)

3. Start your own mailing list for the Italian team, this can be
created by Mageia sysadmin team. After the language t4eam mailing
lists are created all internal communication of a language team should
runn inside this internal list, not on the general i18n list

4. Nominate a team leader and substitute for the team. They will be
responsible to organize the tasks and to see that tasks are done. The
leader or substitute should participate in the regular meetings of the
i18n team (Thursdays, at 19:00 GMT, although not this Thursday). In
these meetings general topics, problems, ideas are discussed and voted
(if necessary).
The i18n team has a leader and a substitute (obgr_seneca (Oliver) and
I). We are the same for the international team as your leader and
substitute are for your team.
